Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All labels and tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons: Briefs must be tried on over your own underwear
• We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, soiled, or damaged

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:

• Returning the original item for a refund
• Placing a new order for the replacement item

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within approximately 7 days of receiving your return
• This allows time for inspection of the item(s)
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (card or PayPal)
• We cannot issue refunds to a different account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
