In 2013, Adina Reay was created out of sheer frustration. After years of not being able to wear lingerie that truly reflected who I was—wearing underwear that left me feeling unhappy. I made the decision, at 45, to create the lingerie I had always wanted to wear.

We began with a clear purpose: to challenge the rules repeatedly applied to fuller-bust lingerie. Slimmer straps, narrower backs and sides, and less restrictive coverage became our signature. We set out to prove that beautiful lingerie should never be limited by cup size.

I am incredibly proud of everything the wonderful Adina team has built over the years. I have only one regret, which is pretty good going: not capturing a photo of my gorgeous Mam rocking Jo, well into her 70's. A true reflection of everything we stood for.

Today, we find ourselves at a turning point. Ongoing global tariffs have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue producing in a way we believe in.

As a small independent brand, these changes have had a significant impact behind the scenes. We’ve been faced with a choice: adapt and change how we design, source, and manufacture, or stay true to the values that have defined us from the beginning.

Adina was always a labour of love, and maintaining the integrity of what we create has always been at the forefront. So sadly, we’ve decided to call time.

Adina Reay is not disappearing entirely. We will continue to offer our existing stock and made-to-order pieces, but once items or fabrics sell out, they will not be restocked.

We are so grateful for every customer, supporter, and stockist who has been part of Adina. Thank you for being part of our story, and for supporting a small brand that has always believed fuller-bust lingerie deserved better.
